For about 40 years now, Porsche Austria and Raben BEXity and its predecessors have closely cooperated in the area of parts logistics. Raben Netherlands and DAB Pumps, a leading multinational in water treatment and management technologies, started a long-term partnership in the beginning of 2023. The combination of an international network and extensive contract logistics services has convinced DAB Pumps to transfer their Benelux activities to Raben.

One of the largest suppliers of workwear and protective fabrics, XM Textiles, teams up with Raben for fabric distribution in Europe. More than 30 daily international connections that Raben Romania manages, are optimized for a short transit time, so that the fabrics reach their destination in a few days.

Raben INTERTRANS has been providing transportation services to Megaplast S.A. exporting its goods to most European countries for the past three years. Megaplast was established in 1995 and it supplies markets with a complete range of innovative packaging materials. For over 20 successful years Megaplast has been constantly striving for excellence to ensure customer satisfaction. This partnership has been built on shared commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values. Over this time, both companies have developed a close and effective working relationship that has enabled them to provide reliable and sustainable transport solutions that meet the needs of Megaplast and its customers.

Czechia is an attractive market for Polish manufacturers - it ranks second in terms of exports from our country, second only to Germany. Poland's trade with its southern neighbour is steadily gaining in importance, which has already resulted in a 30% increase in the volume of shipments handled by Raben Group and almost doubling of the number of lines in this direction in just a year. Thus, Czechia has become an important player in the Raben network of international connections in Central and Eastern Europe.

Germany has been Poland's most important and largest trading partner for years, which is reflected in the structure of Raben Group's European connections. The logistics operator currently offers 120 daily lines connecting depots in both countries. Since 2018, the network has been steadily expanded and refined, with spectacular results: an increase in shipments of more than 70% in four years and 1.2 million pallets transported in 2021 alone.

Greece is another market covered by the Raben Group network following the acquisition of the local operator Intertrans SA in October 2021. Regular connections between this country and the Group's depots in Germany have been operational since the middle of last year, and since the beginning of 2022, lines connecting this country with depots located in Western and Central and Eastern Europe will be systematically launched. It is an element of a bigger project - the creation and reorganization of the Raben European network, which will enable quick and efficient transport within the fifteen countries of the Old Continent.

The vision is ambitious, but definitely feasible for a company that is already present in 15 countries in Europe, focuses on further expansion, and at the same time cares about the development of its own groupage network in existing markets. The world slowed down a little because of COVID-19. Many businesses limited their operations and consumers cut back on their needs which translated into fewer purchases. Global trade hit a record high and it is projected to continue to grow, although perhaps not as rapidly .
