ETA (Estimated time of arrival) is a logistics solution that provides estimated delivery time based on current transport data. It is available in shipment tracking in the myRaben platform and helps customers improve delivery visibility, increase transparency and plan work based on the actual time of delivery.

How does ETA work?


The ETA is calculated when the GPS position of the mobile device of the driver is registered. He executes the delivery according to a planned route by visiting delivery and pick-up locations. The mobile device communicates with the appropriate Raben Group IT systems, processes this information and then makes it available in mytrack&trace in the myRaben.com portal. Thus, customers receive ETA information which is a time slot of +/- 2h.

In the event of increased traffic, accidents, changes in the order of unloading locations, or other unforeseen circumstances, the system automatically updates ETA parameter for a deviation equal to or greater than 60 minutes from any previously calculated ETA time slot.

How to start using ETA? Create account in myRaben

Step 1: Registration

  • Go to  https://myraben.com and click: Sign up/Registration
  • Enter basic company and user details

The form initiates the process and allows your company to be assigned to the Raben operational system.

Step 2: Configuration

  • Raben creates your company in the system
  • Grants access to selected applications, e.g.:

    myT&T (track & trace)
    myOrder (transport orders)
    myClaim (claims)
    mySlot (time slots)
    myStock (warehouse)

  • You get access only to the functionalities you need.

Step 3: Activation

  • You will receive 2 emails: activation link (valid for 7 days) and verification code
  • Click the link and confirm registration using the code.
