Raben Transport moves into Europe using HVO100 biofuel
Raben Transport was the first company in Raben Group in Poland to set a target of 10% of its fleet using alternative fuels by 2025. With this in mind, since February this year it has been testing HVO100, a biofuel made from renewable raw materials with a very high potential for reducing CO2 emissions. Raben trucks powered by this fuel are already on the roads of several European countries, and there is a chance that the scale of its use will increase further thanks to increased availability.

Raben Group: €10 Million Investment for a State-of-the-Art Logistics Center in Thessaloniki
Due to dynamic growth in the Greek market, Raben Group announced a €10 million investment in the construction of a zero-emission logistics center in Thessaloniki. The new facility is designed not only to meet the expectations of Raben INTERTRANS customers, but also to expand the portfolio of products in Contract Logistics, Domestic Distribution and in the area of Temperature Controlled (TCL) Food Logistics.

Raben Logistics Czech navigates sustainable logistics – conference for a greener future
In May 2024 Raben Logistics Czech organized a conference “Sustaiability in Logistics”, in its hypermodern logistis eurohub in Rokycany. During the event academic professionals, representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Czech transport associations together with Raben experts, including Ewald Raben – CEO of Raben Group, had opportunity to exchange they views and present the newest trends.

Fresh Logistics recharges batteries
As part of its investment in innovation, one of Raben Group companies - Fresh Logistics is introducing the first electric refrigerated semi-trailer to its fleet with a road-based energy recovery system, meaning that the refrigeration unit recharges while driving and braking. This is a quantum leap in logistics of fresh products, where energy can be extracted and used to keep the cargo at the optimum temperature. This solution eliminates CO2 emissions by 30% while also reducing the amount of fuel needed to power the unit by 30%.
