Trust and the image of the company need years to built but they can be lost in just one second. That is why, responsible and transparent relations in business are so important and they are the foundation for executing the effective, long-term company strategy According to its CSR strategy, Raben Group wants to set trends in the sector which bring added value to the environment. In business relations, the Group is a partner that cares for the ethics of the whole supply chain thanks to the Code of Ethics adopted in the company in 2014, which regulates the behaviours of the employees and the subcontractors of the Group.
“In order to define behaviours compliant with our company road signs, we have developed the Code of Ethics of Raben Group. The rules of conduct it contains benefit the company, the employees and the subcontractors. Defining the ethical horizon and setting up the Ethics Committee show the social responsibility of the Group which enters into dialogue with the environment in order to streamline its operations and promote fair and reliable actions towards all the stakeholders.” – says Jakub Krzewina, CSR Coordinator, Raben Group, and he adds – “The award we received gives us great satisfaction and it also encourages us to work even harder for ethics and transparency of the operations we run.”
On March 22, 2017, Raben Group received the title of the Super Ethical Company in the contest organized by Puls Biznesu and PwC. The contest recognized companies which build and reinforce corporate cultures founded on ethics.
