Raben’s logistics center at CTPark Prague East is the best in the country

Developer CTP Invest won the Best Warehouse Development Award at this year’s CIJ Awards Czech Republic for the logistics center built for Raben Logistics Czech at CTPark Prague East. CTP will proceed to the European real estate competition where the winning projects from fifteen countries of Central and Southeastern Europe will be presented.

"The CIJ Awards Award is for Raben an early, but even more precious Christmas gift. It has confirmed that we are determining trends in the logistics world because the center in Nupaky was built tailored to our needs and expectations," said the managing director of Raben Logistics Czech and Raben Logistics Slovakia Jakub Trnka.

The awards ceremony of the 18th CIJ Awards took place on Thursday 29 November at the Marriott Hotel in Prague. CIJ Awards draws attention annually to unique projects, companies and campaigns from the real world. The nomination is judged by an independent committee of experts. This year companies competed in thirty-five categories.

"The project of the logistics center in Nupaky is unique not only in the Czech Republic but also in Central and Eastern Europe. I consider the award as a prize for both CTP Invest and Raben due to our excellent long-term cooperation," said CEO of CTP Invest Remon Vos.

The Raben Logistics Czech logistics center at CTPark Prague East was opened this spring with an area of ​​more than 27,000 square meters, and represents one of the most modern buildings in the logistics sector in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It has modern warehouse facilities with an area of over twenty thousand square meters, of which an area of ​​4,700 square meters offers the possibility for temperature-controlled regimes suitable for storage and transportation for ‘Fresh’ segment, holding temperatures between 2 to 6 °C and from 16 to 18 °C.

These premises are connected to a stand-alone cross-dock of over 5,000 square meters where goods are unloaded, consolidated, sorted and reloaded for further distribution. The modern logistics complex also has new offices and its own car parking house.

Raben's new headquarters also belongs to environmentally friendly buildings. The most modern technologies, such as energy-saving LED lighting in the warehouses and office areas, and more than 500 trees and eight thousand shrubs around the hall support a green, healthy working environment.
