2017.05.17
On May 11, 2017, Raben Group received the first place on the platinum level in the Ranking of Responsible Companies 2017. In this manner, once again it has been listed among businesses which are best at managing corporate social responsibility in Poland. The Gala was organized by Gazeta Prawna Daily during the European Economic Congress in Katowice.

Almost 8,000 pallets transported free of charge as part of cooperation with Food Banks, 3,200 planted trees as part of the e-invoice=higher culture campaign and 13 dialogue sessions with participation of 116 stakeholders. These are just examples of the Group's achievements in responsible business. For Raben, the foundation of sustainable operations is the dialogue with the environment. That is the reason why for years now the company has organized dialogue sessions with stakeholders. Based on their outcome, Raben has developed a strategy of social engagement which determines areas of support important for local communities. They are education, safety and ecology.

"According to our CSR vision we want to set trends in the sector which bring added value to the environment. Be believe that achieving this vision is possible only through a dialogue with the environment. We are a partner in business relations. Thanks to the Code of Ethics, we run an ethical value chain." Jakub Krzewina, CSR Coordinator in Raben Group, talks about responsible business, and he adds – "The platinum level in the Ranking of Responsible Companies 2017 proves that we are continually developing and perfecting in the field of corporate social responsibility and an incentive to work even harder."

The Ranking of Responsible Companies is published by Gazeta Prawna Daily. The Forum of Responsible Business is a contents partner of the ranking prepared by Bolesław Rok of Business Ethics Centre of Leon Kozminski University and Jarosław Horodecki, which is later verified by Deloitte.
