Raben Group has been following the sustainable development strategy since 2010. The company aim in corporate social responsibility is to be the trendsetter in the sector in giving the added value for the environment through sustainable solutions.
CSR activities of Raben Group are run based on five strategic pillars:
"In Raben Group we are aware that we do not operate in a separated social space. Our development, growth and innovativeness translate into the quality of life in our environment. And the foundation of the sustainable operations is the dialogue with the environment. That is the reason why for years now we have carried our dialogue sessions with stakeholders. On the basis of the results of those sessions we developed a strategy of social engagement which determines the support areas with key importance for local communities: education, safety and ecology."- says Jakub Krzewina, CSR Coordinator in Raben Group, and he adds – "It seems that our efforts have been recognized by the jury of the contest by "Polityka" weekly, which makes us really happy and it gives us great motivation for further work."
For the sixth time POLITYKA weekly together with Deloitte, the consulting firm, have carried out a survey among the largest Polish companies concerning CSR (corporate social responsibility) and sustainable development. After analysis, three groups of companies were selected, which received Gold, Silver or White CSR Leaves. This year's ranking covered 111 companies. The questionnaire filled in by the companies was prepared based on the guidelines of the international social responsibility standard ISO 26000.
