Quality policy

From the beginning of its activity on the European market the Raben Group has concentrated particularly on the quality of provided services. It was confirmed in 1996 in Holland and a year later in Poland by the fact of obtaining the Certificates of the Quality System Compliance with the ISO 9002 norm.

In 2003 they were subject to the re-certification to the system compliant with the ISO 9001 norm. The Certificates prove that the Quality Management System in our companies is managed by processes and is subject to constant development through setting measurable quality goals, verifying achieved goals and taking corrective and preventive actions.

HACCP System

3 branches of Raben in Poland, Raben Transport and Fresh Logistics, comprised in the Raben Group, have been granted the HACCP Certificate granted by BVQI. The implementation of HACCP - Foodstuffs’ Security System certificate in the field of warehousing and direct distribution of fresh products is one of the elements of foodstuffs’ security policy of the Raben Group.

Environment – present in the landscape

In 2006 Raben Poland and Raben Transport were granted a certificate of conformity of the system with ISO 14001:2004 norm.
