Raben Polska company has become the winner and the laureate of the main prize, the Golden Distinction, in a Logistics Operator of the Year’s customer satisfaction survey. The event was organized by DGC research agency and Eurologistics trade magazine.



Raben Polska also won the first edition of the programme and was the only company to receive honourable mentions every year. The analysis has also confirmed significant achievements of other companies of the Raben Group - Raben Sea & Air and Fresh Logistics.

The Logistics Operator of the Year’s survey has been conducted for eight years. It is worth noting that it is an exceptional independent research of the market of logistics services in Poland. Piotr Szreter, the author of the survey, notes that ”one of the interesting conclusions of the research is the fact that in the time of the present economic stagnation in Poland the most cost-effective is rivalry in comprehensive logistics services. It means that what allows for saving money is what counts today. Firstly, it is departing from simple services (such as transport) to value added services. The customers realize then that the pressure to lower rates for separate services does not bring much profit now. Quite the contrary, actually, it makes it more likely that the service provider will not keep his promises. The results of the survey indicate that the present market situation favours companies which offer integrated services. The evaluations of service standard that this group provides increase considerably while the evaluations of other companies either do not change or even fall significantly." Piotr Szreter adds: "Raben company is able to offer a wide range of services achieving a high level of satisfaction with meeting its supply norms. Of key importance seems to be constant strive to service key customers exclusively to increase market penetration and strengthen market position by Raben. The measure of company’s success is the trust of its customers, both present and potential ones". In 2009 almost 1200 questionnaires with key customers of 31 companies were carried out.
