The three companies in Slovakia were part of Raben Group which is one of the leading providers of logistics services that have been operating in the European market for more than 80 years. Raben Group has provided job opportunities for more than 8000 people and operated 800 000 sq m of warehouse area in more than 130 depots in more than ten European countries. In Slovakia Raben Group has operated since 2008 after the takeover of Setto Spedition. During the two following years there was another acquisition in this market: the company acquired 100% share of Transkam - Logistika. With this step the company extended its range of service in the Slovak market by providing services in food product logistics. The most recent acquisition took place in 2011. Raben took over the operations of an international company Wincanton (lately known as Raben Trans European Logistics Slovakia).

Nowadays Raben Logistics Czech offers more than 23 000 sq metres of warehouse area together with four terminals deployed in the west, middle and east of Slovakia within one company. The general manager of Raben in the Czech and Slovak Republic is Mr. Jaroslav Nezbeda. The managing director of Raben Logistics Slovakia remains to be Mr. Luboš Korec.
