Awards for logistics operators have been granted on the basis of the satisfaction of key stakeholders of each company. As in previous years, respondents underlined the fact that logistics services should be based on understanding of the customers’ needs and satisfying them efficiently. During the Gala, that was held 2nd of December in Warsaw, the guests could find out who achieves such tasks best in Poland .

In the clients’ opinion, Raben Polska, has the best goupage network in Poland, which results to get the award "The Best Groupage Network." In the same time Raben Transport received the title of leader of the Polish transport market - "Leader of Transport Market and Road Forwarding."

On the occasion of the Jubilee, the organizers awarded special prizes for those people that had the greatest impact on the development of logistics in Poland. The honorable title the "Personality of the Decade of Polish Logistics" received Ewald Raben, CEO of Raben Group.
