The modern software for the management of storing and forwarding consignments guarantees a high level of control over traffic of goods. In order to facilitate the exchange of information it is possible to integrate it with IT networks of our Clients.

We offer our Clients electronic tools facilitating the preparation of documents and freight labels. Thanks to them each transported consignment is given an individual number in a bar code which is scanned at each delivery stage. Additionally the implemented GPS system based on GPRS technology makes it possible to control a current position of our fleet.

We constantly work on the possibility of flexible adjustment to needs of our Clients. One of the methods to reach this goal is the development of our IT infrastructure that supports and manages servicing of orders placed by our Clients and supports transport planning. The presently implemented TMS system (Transport Management System) constitutes another step to a better arrangement of operational actions.

Despite the usage of modern solutions, our Clients do not remain anonymous. The CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) facilitates a generation of any essential data about companies taking advantage of services provided by the Raben Group.
