Do Raben companies conclude contracts with Clients for domestic or international service?

We specify precisely co-operation conditions and build reliable relations with our Clients. First, together with a Client we set a trial period of co-operation during which we can verify and determine conditions.

How is the valuation of transport costs set and what conversion rates are used ?

In order to give a proper price we require the following data and parameters:

consignment's dimensions (length x width x height),
gross weight of transported goods,
way of packing (arrangement of goods on a palette, in a container or a basket),
• possibility/lack of possibility of stacking goods.

On the basis of these parameters we are able to give a transport cost on a given route.

What is groupage?

The Raben Group specialises in transporting so-called groupage shipments, i.e. single- or multi-pallet consignments for a single consignee. Groupage transports are supervised by a specialist software, which due to the scanning of consignments at each transport stage and gathering full information about transferred goods makes it possible to identify a consignment's position and reconstruct its transport route.
